Who I am.
With over 20 years of experience in the U.S. Army, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside people with diverse values and perspectives. I've learned not only how to carry my weight as a team member but also how to distribute responsibilities as a leader. The real challenge isn’t just dividing tasks—it’s connecting with individuals so they understand the significance of their role within the team. By fostering this sense of purpose, I help create stronger, more cohesive teams where everyone feels valued and driven to succeed.
The true measure of a team's effectiveness—and its leadership—is how well it can collaborate, even on the smallest tasks. For a team to thrive, it needs more than just skills; it requires passion, respect, inspiration, motivation, and empathy. When each member understands that every task, no matter how minor, contributes to a larger purpose, it fosters a deeper sense of collective responsibility. Ultimately, the success of each individual translates to the success of the team, which, in turn, drives the success of the entire organization.
The biggest reward when I got home at the end of any job, mission, or task, was knowing that I had inspired someone to give their best and find passion and purpose in their daily tasks, and their life daily.
